Overall Satisfaction

  • You can learn the ins and outs of Zoho for free. Then based on your needs upgrade to whatever level you need, but the foundation was learned at no expense at all.
  • Zoho CRM is simple to edit data and extremely simple to customize.
  • One of the most used tools was the spreadsheet view of a leads list. Editing multiple lines as you would on an excel is a phenomenal time saver.
  • Zoho Email marketing could be more fluid. It's too cumbersome and difficult to learn the impact of a campaign. I still use mailchimp for this.
  • Be clear on add-ons such as MS Office tools and apps, if a product is a certain price, then include the additional features with that price and adjust accordingly. We're a mobile society and need access to all info at our fingertips.
  • Zoho allowed for a more efficient data management system.
  • Multiple sheets of Excel are replaced with Zoho that multiple individuals can access and update.
Best value for your dollar.
I would recommend Zoho CRM because any individual can sign up and work on Zoho CRM for free. They can see how it functions and then decide if they want to commit dollars for it.
