Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I used Zoho to manage my leads and potentials for apartment locating. It keeps track of leads, and stores their contact information.

Zoho was selected for my by my brokerage but I had no complaints about using this CRM. I've used other CRM's at other jobs, and found Zoho to be much easier to use. If I had to choose a CRM in the future, I would choose Zoho because its easy to use and efficient.
Its way better than having multiple Excel sheets. Zoho does the work for you. If you can't remember these details yourself, it helps to have them stored in an easy to use CRM. Moreover, Zoho is secure so you don't have to worry about your clients information being hacked. For instance, managing under 100 clients in Zoho is an ideal use.
