Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Used as a primary CRM platform; assisted in the monitoring and tracking of the sales pipeline. As MDR, I maintained a list of leads and fed quality prospects through our pipeline to higher-level qualifiers.

I have minimal experience with Salesforce, but to my untrained eye it appears that Salesforce is endlessly configurable. additionally, SF has extensive implementation partnership with large ERP implementers like Capgemini and Deloitte, giving the company access to a broader book of business and expertise. I'm unsure if Zoho reaches this scale.
Zoho is well suited for smaller enterprise applications. it provides good turnkey features and helps users with a moderate number of accounts share CRM information easily. It could use some improvement for larger-scale enterprise applications however.
