Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Used as a primary CRM platform; assisted in the monitoring and tracking of the sales pipeline. As MDR, I maintained a list of leads and fed quality prospects through our pipeline to higher-level qualifiers.

- Provides quick insight into the pipeline for lead tracking
I have minimal experience with Salesforce, but to my untrained eye it appears that Salesforce is endlessly configurable. additionally, SF has extensive implementation partnership with large ERP implementers like Capgemini and Deloitte, giving the company access to a broader book of business and expertise. I'm unsure if Zoho reaches this scale.
