Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

It is NOT being used because [I believe] it doesn't work. STOP TESTING YOUR UPDATES ON LIVE CUSTOMERS!!! [In my experience] every rollout had at least has some fairly major bugs, but this one has my whole company at a standstill.
  • Freezes up.
  • Stops Working.
  • Updates on Monday morning.
  • Make sure your new features/interfaces, etc work before rolling them out on live customers.
  • Task management.
  • Document management.
  • Customer Organization.
  • [I believe] it has shut my business down.
It worked just fine, although they did same stupid live upgrades with bugs.

I have like Zoho in general. I haven't been able to use Zoho Plus because they forced it on me, and [I feel that] it doesn't work. Literally staring at a loading screen for almost the last hour.
