Even for paid subscribers, customer service at Zoho Meeting is limited. You'll have to rely on the Zoho website's user guides and other training documents to get answers to your topics. To get help, you'll have to visit the website. I haven't found any bugs in the software I've tested. It didn't take me long to figure out how to fix the bug by watching a video on YouTube, so I just did it myself.
Zoho Meeting is fantastic in terms of proper after sale service as well as delivering the expectations of the clients. We, as a business, successfully achieved the engaging organisation status through this platform. Our employees are also happy with the supports from Zoho. We appreciate the efforts of Zoho and recommend to others.
I would give this rating to Zoho Meeting since it is by far the best confrencing application available in the market. And since Zoho Meeting is constantly evolving by adding new features and adding scalability to the existing ones, it gets all the support from the end users. I would also like to mention that the overall support to Zoho Meeting amplifies due to the great work from the support team who are always available in case we face any difficulty in the software.
Customer service or support of Zoho Meeting is excellent. It sometimes fix minor issues automatically before I need to connect with their customer service. As a customer, my experience with Zoho Meeting is fantastic. The empathetic approach and on time solution of the problem is appreciable. We acknowledge their effort and that's why rated 10 out of 10.
Zoho Meeting's support team was always good their response time. Many of their customers come to them with a complete lack of knowledge and I think they're well aware of that. they were friendly and knowledgeable so it was always a good experience contacting them. but I think it's better if they can open a hotline for their paying customers.
I have used this tool for my first ever online interview and my first experience was amazing. I have also used so many tools in my 5 years career journey so far like Skype for business, Microsoft Teams, IBM sometimes, Zoom, Zoho etc. Every tool has some unique feature and I feel Zoho is one of the most user-friendly too among the all. But the is some drawback as well with this tool like its interface not that attractive and it required little high bandwidth to use.
Support is quick to respond and troubleshoot, as well as provide updates on what their dev team is working on.
I have no complaints since they are very responsible and respond quickly.
Zoho Meeting has limited customer support, even for paid subscribers. I have heard that Zoho's other products have a better customer support than Zoho meeting. Also, Customer support isn't available by phone. To get your questions answered, you'll have to rely on the user guides and other training materials/docs on the Zoho website. Maybe you can contact them on their email id option.
