Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Recruit
Zoho Recruit is a platform used to help get job applicants. Usually it's tiered to small/medium size businesses or organizations but within our large organization (10,000 + employees) we found use for this tool within different divisions as it's easy to use, has a great user interface, and has allowed for our process for recruiting to really be streamlined.
- Very simple user-interface.

- Lack of external facing customer portals.
- More elaborate customization of pipelines.
- Greater range of email templates.
- Territory management.
- Workflow automation.
- Applicant tracking and interview management.

The ability to modify different fields, the accuracy of parsing is efficient, and the ease of implementation and support makes Zoho Recruit a standout platform. From the pricing tiers they have for different businesses and organizations plus the ratings we saw for the platform... it just made sense for our organization.
