Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
We use Zoho Reports to create reports for our properties in many ways. We have a total of four properties: a restaurant, bakery, liquor store and a large wedding and event venue. It helps us to easily see our data that we have collected and analyze it.
- Zoho Reports allows you to see your data in many different ways. It generates reports by itself that you may be interested in.
- Zoho Reports allows you to customize your own reports to show exactly what you need it to show.
- Technical support is amazing if you have any questions or need help they are right there for you.
- It can be a little difficult to use when you want a custom report. You really need to know how to program it.
Zoho was our first and we love it!!!
