Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports

We use this to add additional reporting capabilities to Zoho Projects. We have not used it much, but intend to expand this in the future.

The biggest downside is needing to update the reporting sources. When we add a new project, it needs to be manually selected for import, and then at certain schedules. There may be a better way to do this, but I've not researched it.

Easier to use than SQL Report Writer, more approachable. It may not be as complex, but sometimes that can be a good thing.

We do not take advantage of the reports as much as we like, so I don't have a lot of experience to share.
