Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We found Zoho Social while looking for a product to help manage our social media accounts. The ability to manage and report on all aspects from one dashboard has saved significant time and resources.

Pros

  • Easy management of all social media platforms.
  • Tracking the impact of each post and making better decisions on when to post.
  • Streamlined posting and consistent postings is a must to maintain a consistent look and feel to our social media branding.

Cons

  • Overall this is a top notch platform. I would like to see exportable reports for reporting.
  • Saves time - reducing staff overhead.
  • We have been able to adjust our postings for maximum exposure.
  • Have not reliezed actual sales yet.
  • We have not actually realized sales yet but expect to based on the postive impact to posting times.
So far Zoho has beaten all others with its rich feature set: scheduled postings, measurements, and reporting. Others do not come close to meeting the same expectations. If you are looking to manage your social media and knowing its impact Zoho Social is a must for any business looking to grow.
[It is well suited for] consistent social media postings. We often re-post news stories with comments. Cutting and posting works but takes time and often takes multiple steps to post including getting a shortened URL. Zoho has solved all these and has saved us time. If this is an issue, you have try out ZOHO Social.
