Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I am currently using Zoho Social for scheduling and posting on all my social media platforms. It allows me to create and post in advance in an organized fashion. I use the calendar to see when my posts will be live. I am using the monitoring system to respond to any engagement and interactions that my posts create.

I am still learning how to use it. I am not aware of all it's features.
I have not had the need for support. I cannot comment on this until I do need support.
It is a great platform for what I do - preschedule my social media content across many platforms. I can take a Facebook post and modify it for a Twitter account. I can pick and choose which platforms my posts will be scheduled to as some platforms I post to less than others. This software gives me a lot of flexibility.
