Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I am a complete beginner in the field of social networks. I have a small business and started a small Facebook channel. I've been amazed at how easy Zoho Social makes it to manage and monitor my channel. Really worth a try. It's easy to manage your channel without having to go to Facebook. For me this is ideal because I don't waste time and I do everything from my browser without switching tabs. I would prefer the free plan to have more options, but surely if you have increased needs, paid plans will cover you.
