Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to schedule and manage my writing posts on Instagram and Twitter. It helps me save time by allowing me to plan posts in advance instead of posting manually. The platform also provides analytics, which help me track engagement and improve my content strategy. I mainly use it for scheduling, publishing, and tracking engagement on social media.

Pros

  • I can schedule multiple Instagram and Twitter posts in advance, ensuring content is published at the best times without manual effort.
  • The visual calendar helps me plan and organize my posts, making it easy to see what’s scheduled and adjust my content strategy.
  • Zoho Social provides insights into engagement, likes, shares, and comments, helping me understand what type of content works best.
  • I manage both Instagram and Twitter from a single dashboard, avoiding the hassle of switching between platforms.

Cons

  • It doesn’t support the full range of Instagram features, like carousel posts with multiple images/videos or Instagram Stories scheduling. Adding these would make content planning smoother.
  • If I want to post a Twitter thread, I have to manually schedule each tweet instead of scheduling them as a connected thread. A built-in feature for this would be helpful
  • There's no built-in hashtag suggestion tool, so I have to research hashtags separately. A feature that suggests trending or relevant hashtags would be great.
