Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

It has helped us manage content and posting to different channels easy. Saved on time and resources while making it effective. The analytics module on the app is also helpful in reviewing and updating the content the viewers would like to read. If you need to start managing multiple channels Zoho Social would be the easy place for you to start on your journey. They have may other features too which I am reviewing and using as the days go by. Wish you all the best! @zohosocial

Overall Zoho has been good to the user, their functionality and services are at par with any other competitor. What sets them apart is the ease of use. There are some limitations to the usage but they cover up with their customer support. its a high 5 for the support and the services they have delivered.

It is good for anyone who is starting on the journey and needs support and learning to understand the posting of different images and videos to social media channels. It gets limited in scoping when it comes to AI based messaging or editing of images to suit different channel requirements. This could be improved for intermediate to advance Social Media users.
