Zoho Social free version review

Overall the usage is very friendly. The tool provides required information. I am currently using free version, and could not get access to other features or the other features are not visible. I am currently I'm happy with the performance of this tool.

I could not get complete understanding of google business page handling with its posts and updates. I believe I need some more documents to go through. Social sentiments are something I'm very much looking for. We are Insurance Brokers and Zoho Social really helps in scheduling any number of posts across our social platforms. I'm still figuring out to use Google Business Page, otherwise rest all is so easy to carry out. The features and insights are very helpful. I wish we have more features on social sentiments.
