This rating is deserved because the ease and simplicity of using Zoho Social for my companies scheduling needs. I have not used a lot of the other features but the scheduling is on point. This is freed up a lot of time and allows me to only have to concentrate on social channels 1 day a week; instead of the daily interaction I used to have.

I appreciate the scheduling portion. Have not used the inbox features at all. It works really easily to post to multiple channels under one name. Example 1 Insta; 1 LinkedIn; 1 FB. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to use and very simple. Do not like that you have to create a new brand to run one more than 1 LinkedIn profile.
