Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I’ve had a great experience using Zoho Social. The app is super easy to use, and I really love the clean, intuitive dashboard. It makes it simple to view all engagement metrics in one place. The post scheduling feature is fantastic, and the AI assistance for drafting content is a huge time-saver. Overall, Zoho Social has made managing social media much more efficient. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable social media management tool!

Cons
- Would be great to pre select the channel before creating post instead of selecting it on the modal. All channels are preselected by default
- Would love to see the ai assistance for all the channels
- Easier way to put the linkedin carousel together
- so far getting scheduled posts for social channel really helps on efficiency
- there are other tools we didn't get to explore though seems good but need a easier way to learn how to use them
- save about an hour a day minimally with dashboard and social channel scheduling and bulk editing.

Zoho Social has much more featured in one place. Also have more advanced AI assistance per channel as well as option to schedule comments for each social post which helps a lot.
