We are primarily using Zoom for meeting clients and partners outside of the organisation, but all of our internal meetings (which are fewer than our external) are hosted using the Zoom platform.

Yes – they are simple to use and have a very intuitive and basic UI. Even the most 'technophobic' users feel comfortable using the platform and find it easy to share content in rooms wirelessly without even requiring you to start a meeting beforehand. The quality is great, and having a dedicated Zoom Room as a conference room platform adds wireless presentation abilities to guests and other members without requiring their own Zoom user account, or relying on third party collaboration software.
Quality is leagues above the competitors, much easier to use and implement, and the pricing (particularly for the Zoom Rooms configuration) is of a much higher value.
