Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Our entire organization uses Zoom - mainly for meetings with outside clients, but also for group meetings including remote employees. I have found that out of all of the video conferencing services I've used - Zoom is the easiest for people with no knowledge of it to install and use. It only takes a few minutes to set up - and we have only had a handful of technology-troubled people find issue with it.
- Easy to install and use
- Very quick log on and access into video conferences
- Screen sharing and casting abilities are great
- You have to download - cannot sync straight from web
- Can only hold a few dozen people before you have to buy for larger quantity
- Sometimes shaky connection
- Helped massively with remote pitching to clients
- Very positive help to connect with remote employees for conferences
- Easy to pitch quickly and connect a client from phone to Zoom meeting
I do not use the Zoom rooms
I believe Zoom is best because it has a better connection and capabilities than Join.me, less download time and no need for a username creation unlike Skype, and for people who don't have a Gmail account or use Google that often, you can understand Zoom and easily download and use it without any needed prior information.
