Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used across our organization, especially in the sales organization. We were using another conferencing company, GoToMeeting (GTM), and having issues with connections on a frequent basis. Zoom has had a better connection since we have been using it which allows our team to utilize the video feature, which we could not before with GTM.
- The video feature is great and easy to use.
- Their connection process is much easier.
- The fluidity of their platform is easy to use and aesthetics are nice.
- When other notifications on your computer pop-up during the call it can mess up with Bluetooth headsets.
- If you are logged into your own Zoom account and try to open another one sometimes it won't connect correctly.
- Zoom has made our meetings go much smoother
- We also achieved a small amount of cost savings
I have not used them yet.
I have used GoToMeeting, Webex, and Zoom. Zoom is by far the easiest to use and the most efficient. Their system is easier for users, the UI is better, and it's an easier download to get started compared to GTM and Webex.
