Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use it across the organization -- we have about 700 remote employees and we use it to host meetings all the time. It's fast, reliable, easy to use on desktop or mobile, and it's incredibly simple to set up. Most of our remote employees are between 22-26 so it's great that they can use it on their phones.
Pros

Cons
- Nothing! This is a very reliable product.
- Since free versions are available, we just have individual teams use the free version. It helps save a lot of money.
- We don't have to have everyone create an account to use Zoom, so anyone can call in.
No, we don't use zoom rooms.
- GoToMeeting and BlueJeans
GoTo meeting was very unreliable and dropped calls all the time. Same with BlueJeans.
