We use Zoom to communicate with partner schools in other towns as well as conduct our hiring interviews with potential staff working in other time zones or other countries.
- Zoom does multi-party calling very well.
- Zoom enables the sharing of documents and media well.
- Zoom does a great job of organizing the location and time zones of callers.
- The user interface is not particularly smooth.
- It does take getting used to i.e. the jumping of screens with audio.
- Our ability to communicate with teams across valleys has been helpful.
- The ability to interview potential hires in a free, useful tool has been very helpful.
I have not used Zoom Rooms enough to feel I have a strong handle on all of its tools.
We use zoom because the multi-user feature in a single call has been more reliable and useful than other platforms.
