Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom to connect outside sales reps across a large geographical area. It allows us to interact, share screens and engage teammates across multiple states.

Pros

  • Sharing screens
  • Video quality
  • Ease of use.

Cons

  • Easier to connect phone audio.
  • Improved collaboration
  • Improved remote training.
I do not use these.
I like quality and screen sharing better on Zoom.
Best suited to connect remote parties. Not suitable for unstable internet connections.
