Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is the primary online meeting software that we use. Zoom allows the organization to easily set up meetings where everyone can join with a simple link. The connection is mostly uninhibited, allowing for clear communication. It is easy to record, share screens, and do remote control access, which is very helpful when communicating with customers to debug issues.

Zoom Rooms works as intended. It allows for anyone to easily schedule and start a meeting with not a lot of overhead. After the company set up the Zoom Rooms, conference room meeting setup has become a lot simpler, especially if a remote connection is required. Zoom Rooms gives a very professional feel to it without having to hire out or pay for another service.
Zoom seems to have better call quality than WebEx. It also has a much better user interface that clearly defines the different actions one might use during a meeting. Zoom is also easier to understand when it comes to meeting rooms, as joining a Zoom meeting takes less time and fewer clicks.
Zoom is great for hosting meetings because it allows for easy room setup and joining, as well as clear audio and the ability to share and record. It is also very good for being able to remotely access other computers through a simple portal through Zoom. This is very helpful for our business, as it allows us to debug issues that the customer is facing.
