We use Zoom as a method for personal meetings between individuals employees, team meetings, as well as company meetings. The other thing we use it for is for video calls with clients and partners, as well as recording various classes and training modules for our knowledge database for clients.

Yes, we use Zoom Rooms. Each coach in our company has a room, and we use this for meetings. We also use Rooms for team meetings, as well as company meetings, and they are utilized when a coach hosts a class. These rooms are also used to record various training modules and classes.

Webex Meetings and GoToMeeting

Zoom is great in that it's easy to use and manage. It gives us ease of access to recordings, and is easy to set up and manage meeting invites and times.
