Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom to deliver content and training to our customers as well as to conduct our meeting as most of our team is remote + spread across NA + SA. The business problem we have been able to solve using Zoom is that we are able to deliver a seamless experience to our customers throughout the world.

  • Computer to cell-phone and vice-a-versa calls
  • Low bandwidth consumption
  • Ability to store recordings on the cloud
  • Android App UI is confusing.
  • It opens multiple windows and there are several unwanted options.
  • Google Calendar integration is from Zoom to Google, which is tricky as contact sync with Zoom is not that good.
  • Shorter time to deliver projects
  • Much easier to deliver content to customers using zoom sessions.
  • Low resource & space utilization on local as well as cloud storage.
Online training, webinars, podcasts & group meetings.
