Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used in our company not only as a method for members to communicate internally, but we also use it to provide services to our client to hold teleconferences and tele-seminars (Webinars), which connects participants from all over Japan.
- UI is very simple and easy to understand. Beginner to Zoom can jump right in and start using it easily.
- Frequent updates available
- Video and sound qualities are always being improved.
- Webinar entry (Registration) form could include more functions.
- Participants management could be more detailed
- Japanese localization (Even it is already excellent.)
- Collaborate with more online payment service to provide seminar participants more payment methods for paying registration fee. (There is only PayPal available currently.)

User interface is much more simpler than other services. Users are not required to have advance knowledge about computers and can also enjoy the system.
