Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
The Zoom product was initially purchased for the sales team, but its ease of use made it the perfect replacement for the other tools we used. It made it easy to collaborate with other staff and clients. It has also become a tool for IT staff to remotely support all employees. Eventually, the whole organization started using it!
- Video and sound are much better than Join.me
- Easy to set up and use
- Has improved our meeting rooms with Zoom Rooms
- Cost savings is the biggest one.
- Allowed IT to eliminate other tools to remote support staff.
This made meetings much easier to start and manage. We started off with one and now have four.
Zoom offers more features, the price is better, and it's easy to use.
