Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We hold probably 20+ meetings a day using Zoom. Many of them are 1 on 1 meetings and many of the far-end people have almost no technical background or experience.
- Zoom is a great tool to use with non-technical people.
- The quality of the picture and reliability are the major reasons why we use this tool.
- Being cloud-based increases our level of success daily!
- Even though it is pretty simple to use, reducing click on the far end would be a big win.
- Being able to “manage” a meeting without having to join it would be huge! By manage I mean being able to reconnect someone who dropped from the call, adjust the layout, mute/unmute anyone, force all mute except for designated originator, etc...
- Reaching very low bandwidth locations has been a huge win!
- Vidyo, Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000), Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark), Skype and Polycom RealPresence Group Series
We mainly use Zoom to reach deep into the woods to those who don’t have much bandwidth or technical abilities.
