Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom in our organization for Team Meetings, Webinars, and Fellow Communications throughout the world. The entire organization is attuned to Zoom via our Zoom Rooms, Zoom Desktop App, Zoom for Outlook and Zoom Phone Apps. Right now, it has been an amazing help at maintaining all needed communication with both our remote employees and alumni fellows.
- It just works and REALLY well.
- I hardly need to harass our IT group to maintain it.
- Easy enough for everyone to use without hardcore training classes.
- There are some features within Webinars that could use a bit more fluid functionality.
- Sometimes, we have had issues with saving meetings/web calls via the cloud and often cannot find it once it is saved.
- The other problem I did have seems to have already been fixed with the new Zoom Room Bars. We currently use a Crestron Mercury for our Zoom Rooms and there have been some glitches with the wiring, causing it to disconnect rather frequently.
- When I started at my company three years ago, we were using GoToMeetings and Hangouts and it was terribly disorganized. I have OCD with all things digital and Zoom helped clean up a lot of the gaps that we had when it came to our daily web communication use. With the removal of Skype for Business recently, we have fully migrated to using Zoom Chat for our interoffice communications.
- As a non-profit, cost savings are always a big deal. It is also very helpful that you can simply ad and remove licenses when needed. Using our Zoom Rooms, not everyone requires Pro Licenses unless they are remotely utilizing the software.
It's my favorite effing thing! I only miss when it gave users the warning that another meeting was on the way and kicked people off the call and room. That was great! I don't know how to get that back.
My entire reason for coming out to San Jose from NYC was to actually get more knowledge on Zoom Phones. Currently, we're using Vonage and it has been a nightmare. I'd do a lot of things to get rid of them and move onto Zoom Phones.
Perfect. Hands down. Zoom suits all of our needs and I attended the conference to ensure we are using all of its functions to the best of our potential. If we aren't, which I realized now that we aren't, then I intend to heighten or user experience from the things I've learned here.
