Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
In line with the new hybrid workplace reality, we had to find an easy way to reach out to our users (and mostly clients) outside the usual paradigm. Zoom was the easiest and most commonly used video platform by our client. Even companies that used MS Teams and Webex as their pro solution, it was not uncommon for employees to use Zoom from time to time

- Works on all platforms.
- Good overall quality (audio & video).
- Security was/is not at the pro level.
- Feature set limited for common users.
- Limited integration to other platforms/devices.
- Reaches all types of clients, novice users.
- Works fast and well (free version).
- Easy to connect to when engaging a client.
- Reaching clients in new format.
- Easy to integrate for typical non-users.
- Ability to set up quick ad-hoc project meetings on the fly.
We used Zoom to tailor to our customer base as it was more widely used and commonly referred to by our "average" non-technological clients. We also have been using, and still are, Webex for our internal meetings as well as all of our enterprise level customer presentations. We feel Zoom is appropriate for most but that Webex is Bbst for the enterprise.
