Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Video Webinar

Soon after the pandemic, the entire business ecosystem moved to an online mode of business which helped us to connect with our colleagues from the entire globe. Since we have to conduct and attend several meetings to have a smooth flow of our business decisions. Zoom Video Webinar has come out with a good user-friendly interface and has been a part of our business to this day. Its video recording mode has helped us to keep a record of our decisions and proof of transcript. The host and admin controls help to manage large audience sizes without any disturbances. Having a screen sharing option along with onscreen board and pen usability, enable us to present as well as explain the business parameters and agendas. Its breakup room features help us in the distribution of small events to be conducted simultaneously. It has enabled our team to stay connected for an entire project from drafting to finalization.

  • It becomes too hectic to organize the flow of meetings because it becomes unnecessarily formal beyond a point
Google Meet does not provide breakup rooms and does not have a user-friendly interface. Google Meet does not have the strict admin controls that Zoom Video Webinar provides. Zoom Video Webinar has been widely accepted and most of our clients use it. The price for the premium service of Zoom Video Webinar is more budget-friendly to our organization as compared to Google Meet. The adjustable participants' size and screen to speaker sizes are more professional in Zoom Video Webinar.

It has solved most of our problems like interaction with colleagues and recording of our events and special meetings. Presentation of power points ppts or Excel sheet drafts everything has been smoothly provided by Zoom Video Webinar. Q n A feature and chat feature helps to manage huge participants. It has slight ineffectiveness in terms of security which justifies my rating.
We don't get many disturbances because of the user interface of the Zoom Video Webinar and the cloud storage feature helps us to store unlimited meetings. The flow of meetings depends entirely on the internet connectivity between the participants and the host. The stable connectivity ensures that meetings and seminars will be a success. It will automatically reconnect once the traffic is low and it gets re-adjusted to the speed. Every issue we had faced in the past has been solved by the Zoom Video Webinar support team in a timely manner, ensuring we get the best user experience.
Zoom meetings are appropriate for 1.casual meetings with friends o 2.virtual parties
3.office events.
4. Conducting meeting seminars for a huge crowd like for thousands .
5. The events or private meetings which need to be recorded and be stored in cloud memory for future references.
6.It is also prefect for medium sized enterprises where meetups are more frequent.
7. It can also be sync with slack which most of the enterprise uses.

Zoom meetings are less appreciated in.
1.Highly sensitive meetings.
2.In a conversational class or interactive teaching programs where 2 -3 people couldn't be heard distinctibly and it creates chaos.
3.Using it as debate forum whould be of less use people can't be assessed properly when their body guestures could be judged properly and simultaneously people talks creates easy chaos.
