Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Providing virtual meetings with medical professionals. Offering ongoing virtual day service activities for the adults we serve who are unable or unwilling to attend in person programming. Therapists are able to connect with clients outside of catchment and less time is spent travelling. This means more sessions can happen each day.

  • Increase in the number of clients our medical professionals can treat per day has increased.
  • Wider range of services offered
  • Clients can attend rehab who live outside of catchment.
Agency computers use Microsoft products but it was too hard to get non-microsoft accounts setup to use teams. Zoom works regardless of the device or OS. Teams chat is not appropriate to the types of services offered to clients. Zoom is easier to use, monitor and teach someone to utilize.

Zoom has allowed us to continue to offer service through the pandemic and onward. The ease of use over different devices has made it our go to video conference app. Utilizing a single Zoom link for all recreational activities makes it easy for our clients to join into groups. The ability to assign multiple co-hosts makes it easy for different people to run different groups. The ability to remote access clients computers makes it easy to troubleshoot their difficulties.
