Works but not best phone system
Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Use Zoom Meetings for online department meetings and for communication with clients. As well, large scale training sessions are also accomplished via Zoom Meetings.
We also use the Zoom phone system for company phones. For users, the system seems to be okay. However, creating voicemail messages and managing phones is a pain.

Pros
- Easy connection for non-technical people for Meetings
- Phone system is straightforward for users once set up
Cons
- Management of the phone system is an absolute pain.
- Creation of voicemail messages should also be done via phone app.
- Why does there have to a section for meetings users and phone users. Simplify.
- Allowed meetings for client communication as well as training
- Phone system works but has hidden costs. Expected cost savings but ended up being more expensive than an internal system
Teams is less expensive since included with Microsoft 365. Teams tends to be a little more complex and not as easy for external users to use. If my vote, we would have gone with Teams. At time of decision, Zoom Workplace was best and easiest choice for online Meetings. Now, not as strong a lead. As for Phones, I would pick almost any other competitive system, and there are a number of good, less expensive cloud phone systems.
