Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoom Workplace is disappointing. I was first impressed with Zoom Workplace as a video conferencing tool, and that's still their greatest strength and core competency. They do that well, perhaps better than anyone else.

However, in my opinion, their support and customer service is awful. I'd ditch Zoom Workplace in a heartbeat if we hadn't invested in Zoom Rooms, and will migrate away when are equipmenourt needs replacing.

Also, in my opinion, thery're so anti-Microsoft, they don't have a Teams plugin which would make improve their phone application greatly.

Return on Investment

It's negatively impacted the business because of their poor support.
In my experience, the Zoom Workplace app phone functionality makes work more difficult.
In my opinion, the poor phone admin configuration causes needless pain.
Ease of videoconferencing is a plus.
