We use Zoom as a communication platform for some departments. We love how universal Zoom is with clients and how easy it is to set up.

Cons
- Sometimes updates can be inconvenient. When I need to get into a meeting, sometimes I can't without updating Zoom first.
- A lot of clients prefer zoom.
- It's easy to use internally and externally.
We don't use Zoom AI.
Zoom is great and more widely used than Google Meet. Sometimes, people have security concerns around using Google products, and Zoom has been the preference.
