Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Most meetings and all conference rooms use Zoom software for video communications. It is our primary platform for video and audio meetings. Accounts are deployed to every user in the entire organization.

Cons
- Notifications.
- Chat (In the primary OS app) No more useless badges for new meetings please!
- Improved collaboration.
- Improved cross region communication.
It does not compare well to Slack's chat platform. However, it is significantly improved over Microsoft Teams for meetings and chat and slightly improved compared to Google Meet meetings.
