At Beacon we use Zoom Workplace to schedule and hold meetings. We also use Zoom to setup, configure and manage our IP desk phones. Finally we also use Zoom for chats. Zoom promotes communication, collaboration and elevate employee and customer experiences all in one solution. It has simplified our online meetings with enterprise grade security

It is very well suited for the 3 ways we use it: Meetings, chats, and Ip Phones. Zoom Workplace centralize meetings management which saves time and lead to high productivity in my organization. I find that the whiteboard feature is somewhat clunky and doe snot always work well during meetings.
