Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace is used in our day to day operations for virtual meetings with both collogues in the organization and outside the organization. We also use it in 2 of our conference rooms, and have it set up on an iPad to allow for staff to join meetings with a simple click of a button on the iPad screen, using the zoom rooms app for connectivity to the screen/computer.
Pros
- Great integration with tablets with computer for seamless connectivity
- Ease of use, very friendly user interface
- New features always being added such as integration with our desk phones, to take calls through the zoom app
- Zoom Workplace has definitely improved our collaboration and was a life saver during the pandemic when we were all working fully remote.
The one AI feature I have used is the summary at the end of a meeting or during a meeting and it worked very well.
