Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace internally for our weekly meetings with staff. Most of our team works from home so this is the best way to have those meetings.
Pros
- I love the share screen feature. As we use this feature for training staff that is not onsite.
- The admin portal is great to use for various reporting and adding subscriptions.
Cons
- I wish the breakout groups were easier to manage. Sometimes we struggle with that feature.
- I would also like some more options for where to place the participant screen. I wish it was fully customizable.
- It saved us during COVID when we had to start working remotely. Without Zoom I don't think our business would have survived. I know our culture would have been destroyed not being able to communicate with other team members and clients effectively.
- It's been really efficient as we can interview prospective employees from anywhere and do those interviews back to back and not have to travel.
Zoom Workplace is far superior to the other products. I think it's the ease of use of the platform. Zoom is very user freindly.
