Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoom Workplace for 100+ employees internally, and for conducting meetings externally. It is a fast and easy way for us to meet since we are remote. I love that we can also integrate it with google and create a seamless process when scheduling meetings. We also have a lot of control as admins.

Zoom Workplace really is an ideal virtual meeting platform. It's simple, flexible, and easy to use. It integrates with our calendars and gives admins somewhat full control. There are two issues that I wish were better: one being the difficulty to speak to someone when we come across an issue, and if someone accidentally deletes a meeting, it cannot be recovered at all.
