Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace as our phone system and to conduct all virtual meetings. This allows us to not have physical devices and access to phone system from mobile device or computer.
Pros
- Manages all aspects of phone system (texting, chat, meetings, calendar etc.) into one app
- Easy to use
Cons
- Zoom Rooms needs work, easily disabled and not as user friendly as it could be.
- the layout could be different to manage/view several different things at once
- It allows us to bring everything into one app and monitor what is going on
- we had a really bad experience last year with being charged an exorbitant rate increase. It's been handled but it was a really bad experienced and we almost ended up leaving zoom.
Zoom Workplace seems to have more capabilities than Teams but I haven't used the calling software. We almost went with Vonage, but decided to stay with Zoom for change management purposes.
