Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Rooms as meeting rooms across 3 of our Organization's locations and Zoom Meetings for our staff during moments when online conferences are required.
Pros
- Zoom Rooms integrates very well with our meeting room setups and easily allows staff to share screens and join in on in-person meetings.
- Zoom's cloud recordings allow for a central bank where we can access Zoom Recordings for future work purposes.
- Zoom's user management/admin console is very easy to use and allows for easy integration of new staff members.
Cons
- The Zoom Admin console is a little confusing because multiple different interfaces exist to access data.
- The report-generating function of Zoom is a bit tedious and unintuitive. Our staff finds it hard to generate reports for meetings.
- Zoom Rooms sometimes have an issue that forces a restart due to the echoes in one of our meeting rooms.
- Zoom's pricing model is starting to become unreasonable for our Non-Profit organization.
- Zoom seems to have a bug when working with our Lenovo Laptops on Windows 11.
- Zoom has definitely streamlined large meetings for our organization. We no longer need a huge in-person meeting place when we have All-Staff updates.
