Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Our org uses Zoom phone and sms functionality. we were using 8x8 but we kepting receiving complaints on the application and quality of voice the application receives and delivers. The reporting feature was lacking in depth reporting which we kept requesting to support. Last was the 8x8 support team, it was almost a 50/50 shot you got someone who knows the system.

We love Zoom AI! While it occasionally misses a few talking points, it’s an excellent tool that has become essential for all our meetings. It helps us stay organized, track tasks effectively, and improve performance. Its convenience and efficiency have made a noticeable impact on our productivity, and we truly appreciate the value it brings to our workflow.
