Zoom Workplace is an Excellent Product
Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom for meetings, chat, and as our VoIP phone provider. We use it companywide at multiple locations across the US. Zoom Phone allowed us to move away from a very old one site PBX phone system and has allowed our remote workers to receive calls just like they are in the office. It also allowed us to connect multiple offices to the same phone system and greatly increased our productivity.

- I would like better menus in the Admin Portal
- The Zoom Admin Dashboard could be improved to show information better
- I would like a way to forward a phone call from the Zoom desktop app before answering it
- We gained significant savings by migrating to Zoom Phone
- We increased productivity and customer experience by moving all of our office locations to one phone system
- We improved collaboration by giving remote users the ability to receive office calls
Based on my experience with Teams, I like Zoom's messaging interface much better and Zoom seems to have better video quality. When I was evaluating different VoIP providers, Zoom Phone also had way more features and was much more stable than Teams Phone.
I also evaluated Nextiva and did not its UI as much as the Zoom desktop app. Zoom Phone's pricing was also significantly better.
