Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use the Zoom platform for telephone calls, virtual meetings, and texting our consumers in an effort to streamline communication. We have call queues set up for each of our office lines, and zoom makes it simple to manage and allow other users to jump in and handle calls when needed, from anywhere. Zoom video meetings are offered to the individuals who don't live locally or prefer to meet online rather than in person. Zoom has been a tremendous step and when we transitioned from Verizon has been simply amazing. Zoom offers so many items that we never, as an organization really even considered technology for but they are ahead of the game with creating new ways to manage things and offering all new updates on technology.

Pros

  • SMS communication, and being able to offer the stop feature to those we message to opt out of receiving further notice has been helpful with our outreach.
  • Constantly updating and adding items to be able to manage, and pull reports within Zoom.
  • Offering a seamless transition from our previous provider and offering high quality services.

Cons

  • Notification of when updates are going to take place would be helpful many features get moved to a different location without notification.
  • Quicker available customer service when someone reaches out with an issue within an app.
  • Consistently scheduled meetings with our zoom contact in order to ensure we are getting the most out of what is available and being offered.
  • Consistency of availability of phone lines
  • Regular updates of the app to ensure the most up to date version is being used
  • Lack of communication with the zoom administrators when there are issues or concerns.
Have not utilized this option.
It has been incredible for the phone services we have been using it for. We do also use Microsoft Teams for our video communication as well and although that platform is used most for our video calls internally, having zoom and several zoom business accounts allowing us to hold longer meetings is very helpful to our organization.

Zoom has been very successful, and easily taught to new staff. Features offered are easy to navigate and explain to others. Our staff of nearly 45 people, are generally able to figure out what they are looking for within the zoom portal or app on their own without help from our IT committee.
