Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use it across our business daily. For meetings with teams, the whole company, with clients, scheduling appointments, zoom phone numbers for texts and calls.
It helps us create a more simple and consolidated approach to our work across all the different teams. It helps us stay organized, avoid any accidental double bookings and helps us keep our work separate from our personal lives in the case of zoom phone.

Pros
- Integrations. We have simple automations built into zoom and plan to build more advanced ones in the near future. We've used it with zapier which works great.
- Continual additions. The addition of zoom scheduler, zoom phones, and the AI assistant has been helpful in many ways. We love scheduler and are in the process of getting everyone set up. The AI assistant gets used a lot with transcript summaries and emails. And it's great to not have to leave the app for it.
- Consistency. Although tech always runs into issues no matter what. Zoom seems to have it down. They are consistent and we can bet on it working when we need it which is so helpful in what we do.
Cons
- I have a hard time navigating around the settings as one of the admins. It's daunting trying to remember where everything is. Not sure what the solution is but more clarity in set up would be great.
- More integrations. There's been times it would have been helpful to have a power automate integration or more flexible API's for developing certain aspects of automations/tools we want to use in the future.
- I'd like to have more specific insight into what the AI assistant can actually do and to see bigger improvements in its capabilities.
- Improved Collaboration on meetings and weekly webinars.

We haven't used it outside of transcripts. Other team members may have but I haven't.
Centralization and ease of use company wide. With many employees, having everything in one spot it crucial.
