Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use it for our company wide and client facing calls. We utilize Zoom Workplace instead of Google meets for its webinar functionalities and the ease of screen sharing. We have found the paid Zoom version to meet our needs though feel that some of the functions are not utilized fully.

Cons

  • Need to be easier to create a meeting within the app, currently it doesn't feel very intuitive.
  • Improved collaboration
  • More Client facing calls
  • Easy to have all hands meetings
We have asked members to use the AI note taking feature, though adoption of it is not ideal.
None on the list above, but Zoom Workplace allows our company at its current size (250 people) it meets our needs of usability and cost. We have considered switching over to Google Meets though that does not offer the same ease of screen sharing and large webinars which is an essential feature for our organization.

Zoom Workplace is suitable for our client facing calls, as well as for the large all hands meeting our company holds. I don't think there are any situations where Zoom isn't appropriate, rather it may not be needed. We have found that despite purchasing a license for all of our members, not everyone actually needs all of the paid features.
