Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am the virtual producer for online workshops. We set up Zoom Workplace calls with outside organizations to provide training to their employees. Most of our workshop consist of 8 recurring two-hour sessions.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I like the invite feature
The breakout rooms work well
I like the screen share options.

Cons

I would like to rename individuals while they are in the waiting room. This feature may be available, but I have different accounts and it is not consistently available.
I wish there was a better countdown clock for when individuals are having private work time. The time I use now is on my thumbnail and I have to be on camera for them to see it.
Many clients have requested word cloud polls.

Return on Investment

As a freelancer, Zoom Workplace has had a tremendous impact on me! It allows me to partitipate in meetings all over the world from my own home.

I don't love the chat feature outside of zoom. I would probably recommend Teams for that feature. I do prefer all of the in meeting and chat features that zoom has.
