Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for inter office conferencing.
Helps with offsite training, meetings and support. Depending on the situation. We also use it in conjunction with the Neat bar. It also integrates nicely with Microsoft 365

Pros
- Video conference
- Quality is fantastic
- Integrates with other apps already rolled out
Cons
- Not so much Zoom Workplace but support is lacking in areas
- Price while isn't overly bad, should be adjusted based on who is using it
- I'd love to see more training videos or some sort of collaboration on showing how to use the product better.
- Helped with insuring our trainings get done and staff can do things remotely.
- team meetings no matter where we are
- board meetings and any one can join/watch without having to be on site
- made aspects easier for remote users who just don't have the means or the ways to be onsite.
Features are more roboust.
The price is comparable based on the features.
Integration has more options. SOme of the competitors just limit you to their software/products only.
usability is key. We have users who are not technology savy and they are able to login, join, record, etc. without having much of an issue.
