Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for large business meetings, as well as committee meetings. The committee meetings are for group conversations and deliberations. The large business meetings involve 100-200 people, with presentations, discussion, Q&A, and voting. We will also use Zoom Workplace to communicate among staff members, for work updates and etc.
Pros
- Taking votes quickly during meetings
- Able to send invitations to people to connect to an in-progress meeting
- sending meeting invites ahead of a meeting
Cons
- Hard to navigate all the settings
- A lot of settings for the main profile and hard to keep up with all the changes and tweaks

I can never figure out Teams. I think Zoom Workplace is more user friendly. Zoom Workplace is more intuitive.
